A few posts from some of my friends and role models in the last few days have really caught my attention and I wanted to bring light to on My Goodness!

Speaking strictly on the topic of Health and Fitness today….In my non professional opinion (as I am not a certified personal trainer or life coach) the truth is our girl Taylor Swift is correct and, HATERS GONNA HATE 😉 Including ourselves! I’m the first to admit I catch myself “hating” on MYSELF often when I skip a few workouts or over indulge, on my indulging. So silly and a waste of time! Hop back on that bus and get your booty moving!! It took more than one day to get to where I’m at and it will take more than a few skipped workouts to lose it. Staying realistic can be tough for really driven people but what works for YOU, works for YOU! Do your own thing and be proud of it. If your goal this week is to take the stairs, or drink one less pop, max out, do calf raises while holding your baby, run a marathon, chase your dogs… it’s YOUR goal and YOUR accomplishment. Comparison is such an ugly thing!
WHO CARES WHAT THEY THINK! Chalene Johnson says it perfectly. I can honestly say I’m so blessed with the friendships I have made through the blog and fitness/health community. I have met some really amazing people who inspire me everyday and I see their posts of awesome workouts or their results from a run or new recipes they try and it’s so fun! Putting yourself out there the way many of you do can be scary but SO very motivating. To help others in ANY way possible is a great thing! If people don’t like it or think you are bragging or couldn’t truly want to help others be motivated to be the best they can be, that is unfortunate for them … it’s just as easy to unfollow as it was to start following. If you are happy and doing what makes you happy and are considerate and kind along your journey… WHO CARES WHAT THEY THINK!

On a different note: this girl is still fighting this awful cold and oddly enough, I swear my nose only stops running when I work out… ODD! Fought through Back and Bi today and upped my weight a little smidge. Be the best version of YOURSELF today!
