Monday Madness + HIIT Workout

Where in the WORLD did our weekend go?! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are kicking butt on this Monday. The below picture of Guinness from this morning describes my Monday perfectly… for THE love! It’s been crazy since the second I woke up. Short but quick visit today on My Goodness πŸ™‚

Weekend Recap: Nick was in Florida all of last week coaching baseball, and I picked him up Friday from the airport. He’s all sun kissed and looking as handsome as ever. So jealous of the sunshine he had all week! Saturday was spent with a day trip to Winona to visit a girlfriend, which was SO much fun and greatly needed.Β  4 hours in a car by myself on Saturday of course results in ridiculous solo dance parties, screaming my favorite songs, and thinking thinking thinking. Once I was back in town, Nick and I had a date night after our week apart and Sunday was filled with workouts, Sunday prep, and pricing out our next home projects. YAY!

Workouts: I can’t wait to share my 8 week review of Kayla Itsine’s 12 week BBG challenge with you soon. Sorry I’m not on the ball with that post, it’s coming soon! You can find my 4 week review HERE. I’m now on week 9 of her challenge and can’t believe I only have 4 full weeks left of it, that along with lifting, and cardio my workout world is pretty intense right now. I NEED to HAVE to GOT to start running more! I’m doing a fun relay race in the beginning of May and as of right now, I will be crawling my booty to that finish line πŸ˜‰ Check out today’s HIIT workout!
