Upper Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout

I hope you all had a great weekend! Nick and I headed out of town to spend Easter with my family and it was a nice trip. Between my Mom and her three sisters, there are 17 grandkids in my family. WOAH! And I was the only grandchild for 11 years, so my family is filled with little kiddos and I can’t imagine it any other way. Our day was filled with family, worship, Easter egg hunts, FOOD (lots of food), fishing, and a road trip back home for us.

Easter is always a fun Holiday with little ones, it’s also a special one for us because well obviously… celebrating the resurrection of Chris will always be the #1 reason, but Nick also proposed on Easter 2 years ago 🙂 So it’s just an awesome day in general!

Workout: I’m currently on week 10 of the 12 week Beach Body Guide of Kayla Itsine’s. Trying to finish strong!! I am so motivated by so many fitness posts lately on blogs, Pinterest, and Instagram… You all rock!! The health and fitness social media community is really something amazing. I’ve been switching up my lifting a little lately and I’m loving the variety! A long ways to go, but feeling leaner and stronger (ignore my mean mugging below 😉 morning workouts do not consist of smiles)!! Try the below upper body HIIT workout. All you need is dumbbells!
