Hi everyone! I hope you are all having an awesome week. My sister is visiting us right now, so we have had a fun week with her 🙂 We are looking forward to lots of time soaking in the sun this weekend and a couple DIY projects I can’t wait to share with you all!
Coming to you with a quick post today. I have been asked how to target that stubborn right below the booty area. SO many women struggle with this section, including myself. The struggle is reallll to target this area FOR.THE.LOVE!
Other than the obvious choices like deciding not to eat that 3rd donut of the day 😉 or chug your 4th pop of the hour….Here are some exercises that I have found really work this area! Try to drop some of these into your workouts next week. If any of you have any other ways that you target this frustrating little area, please help a sister out 🙂
