I am a major snacker! I eat a fairly small breakfast and I dive into my first snack a couple hours after my breakfast. During my days at work I don’t really eat a “lunch” I have lots of snacks throughout my day. One is larger than the others so I guess you could consider that my lunch.
Here are some of my favorite health friendly snacks. As you will see a lot of these could be had for breakfast as well! I love breakfast food and could eat it any time of day!
Hummus with anything! Crackers, veggies… by itself?! I love me some hummus!
