Welcome to my “services” page 🙂 I created this page for a quick reference to get some more information on my workout programs. Please always feel free to message me or email me with any specific questions you may have. What is unique about my programs is every single one is different because they are complete designed for YOUR lifestyle, goals, and interests. You can start by deciding on a 4 week, 8 week, or 12 week program.
From there, you and I will communicate before I start to put your plan together, to be sure I am adding in everything you want 🙂 If you want specific additions to your plan such as devotions or meal plans, you can add that in before checkout. Each program comes with very specific daily workouts with pictures, workout/meal tracker, weekly workout/meal planner, and my personal motivation along the way. It doesn’t matter if you workout in the gym or at home, if you have an hour to workout each day or 30 minutes every other day, I can put a plan together for you that will help you reach your goals while staying realistic to busy lifestyles! You can find my program options below 🙂 When you add a program to your “cart” it will update your total at the bottom of this page. You can checkout through my blog securely with PayPal with a PayPal account or with a debit/credit card.
