31 Day Full Body Fitness Challenge

Hello! Here is a 31 day fitness challenge that I put together.  The core challenge is something you do through the entire 31 days.

Each week there are “challenge” workouts.  Sometime throughout that week, add these challenge workouts into your schedule. You can combine this challenge with your current workout program, or strictly just do this challenge.
